Pūrvanivāsānusmṛti — Recollection of Former Abodes

In the realms of time's embrace, you wander through hidden days,
Whispering echoes of footsteps on forgotten ways.
In the tapestry of yesterdays, you weave with ghostly threads,
Past lives unfurl like silken sails on seas where longing treads.

Through veils of ages, you recall the dance of fleeting yore,
Where shadows stretched their blanket o'er the dreams you once wore.
A symphony of echoes, each note a story told,
These lifetimes' waves crash 'gainst the shores of memory's hold.

Some were woven in darker threads, beneath a moonless sky,
Where burdens heavy as midnight clouds cast shadows high.
Yet within the scars of yesterday's fleeting masquerade,
Glimmers a spark of light unseen, in time’s intricate parade.

Oh, the heart remembers through corridors of endless flight,
The songs of ancient whispers that echo in the night.
In this carousel of souls, where futures dance with pasts,
You find the map of who you are in all the shadows cast.
